Seismi’s EPM specialist project managers use a streamlined version of the PRINCE2 methodology to create project plans, manage issues and risks, as well as to communicate effectively within the project and stakeholder group.
Seismi use a structured methodology including the extensive use of worked examples to document business requirements. By combining this with a prototyping approach Seismi’s team are able to leverage our clients’ business skills and react to feedback early in the project lifecycle.
Seismi’s development methodology has been established over a number of EPM implementations. Prototyping is used to allow our clients to understand the capabilities of the technologies we are implementing and to drive early feedback. We pride ourselves on our user & technical documentation.
Testing is an integral part of Seismi’s approach to analysis and development. We use a structured approach which involves using worked examples of test cases during the prototyping, development and user acceptance phases. Seismi’s analysts are qualified accountants who design test scripts for our client’s staff to execute.
